Dave McGlinchey

Dave brings exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, deep experience in climate science, and a passion for river protection. Most recently, he spent nearly a decade at the Woodwell Climate Research Center (formerly the Woods Hole Research Center) on Cape Cod, where he led government relations and policy efforts focused on climate risk, resilience, and natural climate solutions. His work included developing policy recommendations for national, regional, and local governments, including collaborating closely with communities and decision-makers across Massachusetts. He earned his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
